Jez Digital LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) sends SMS and MMS messages to customers who have provided their express consent. We are committed to responsible messaging practices and compliance with all applicable regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier guidelines.
How We Collect Consent
We obtain verbal consent from customers during phone calls or in-person conversations. Before sending any messages, our team communicates the following to the customer:
“Jez Digital LLC would like to send you text messages regarding your account, appointments, or service updates to the mobile number you’ve provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Do you consent to receive these messages?”
Consent is only recorded after the customer provides a clear affirmative response (e.g., “Yes,” “I agree,” “That’s fine”).
How We Record Consent
When a customer provides verbal consent, our team logs the following information in our system:
- Customer name and phone number
- Date and time consent was given
- Name of the team member who obtained consent
Types of Messages
Messages we send may include appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications, and customer care communications. We do not send marketing or promotional messages without separate express written consent.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service needs. We do not send unsolicited messages.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
- Calling us and requesting to be removed from SMS communications
- Emailing us at Stan@JezDigital.com
Once you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you provide consent again.
